How to maintain the e-bike?

1. e-bikes should be checked and adjusted before use, front and rear brakes, chain tightness, chain lubrication, tire pressure, handlebar steering flexibility, front and rear wheel rotation flexibility, battery power, motor operating conditions, saddle and handlebar height, etc., to ensure the safety and comfort of riding, reduce fatigue.

2. e-bike ride as much as possible to use human power or power-assisted way, especially uphill, heavy, windy driving or road surface bumpy must be human riding to help. In this way, you can avoid the battery longer high-current discharge, damage to the battery, is conducive to improve the mileage of a charge, extend the service life of the battery.

3. e-bikes are not adapted to bumpy or steep roads. In case of such roads, you should drive slowly or get off the bike to push it. Driving under the road surface, the motor, controller, battery and other poor working environment, will reduce the service life and easy to damage.

4. e-bike driving should avoid frequent braking and starting, braking before or at the same time should be the speed control knob back to the position, in the road congestion area as far as possible to use manpower riding. In this way, you can avoid the damage to the battery when starting the high current.

5. cold weather use of electric bicycles, should try to manually assisted or electrically assisted driving; and should also pay attention to the battery's power and voltage indication, the general cold weather, should be appropriate to reduce the depth of discharge of the battery, do not under-voltage state driving. This is because, when the weather is cold, the battery's charge capacity and discharge capacity are reduced.

6. rain and snow riding, driving speed should be appropriately reduced, brake attention to increase the braking distance, to prevent skidding, so as not to jeopardize personal safety.

7. e-bike should be placed in the shade, air humidity moderate place, avoid prolonged sun exposure. Sun exposure will accelerate the aging of paint, plastic parts, rubber parts and electronic components, reducing its service life and reliability.

8. the battery should stop using when it reaches the under-voltage state, and charge it early.

9. the first use of electric bicycles should carefully read the “instruction manual” to understand the performance of electric bicycles. Don't lend it to people who can't maneuver the e-bike.

Does the e-bike need to be assembled?

E-bikes are shipped partially assembled and require a few additional steps to complete the assembly. Please refer to the e-bike owner's manual for installation instructions and assembly tutorials.

Troubleshooting Guide

1. Brake Failure Check for loose or damaged brake lines. If not, consider replacing the brake calipers or brake levers and lines.

2. Boost Sensor Failure

Step 1: Check for loose or detached sensor wires. If not, it may indicate a malfunctioning booster sensor.

Step 2: Remove and replace the power assist sensor.

3. Walk assist mode error off and restart the e-bike (if the problem persists, consider replacing the controller).

4. Real-time mode error off and restart the e-bike (if the problem persists, consider replacing the controller).

5. Low Voltage Error

Step 1: Remove the battery and check for sufficient charge.

Step 2: Charge the battery.

Step 3: If the problem persists after completing the first two steps, it may indicate a faulty motor, please consider replacing the motor.

6. MOTOR FAULT Check for loose, detached or incorrectly inserted motor connection wires (if not, this may indicate a faulty motor, please consider replacing the motor).

7. Torsion Throttle Failure Check for loose or disconnected connection wires (if not, this may indicate a faulty torsion throttle, please consider replacing the torsion throttle).
