How long will it take for me to receive my purchased e-bike?
Orders will be processed within 48 hours on business days. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to your email address once the order has shipped. We use DPD, DHL, GLS for shipping. What is the shipping cost?
All e-bikes are eligible for free shipping. Our delivery service is only available to addresses within European countries.
Can discounts be stacked?
Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupon stacking is not supported. The final explanation right belongs to HVH.
How to maintain the e-bike?
1. e-bikes should be checked and adjusted before use, front and rear brakes, chain tightness, chain lubrication, tire pressure, handlebar steering flexibility, front and rear wheel rotation flexibility, battery power, motor operating conditions, saddle and handlebar height, etc., to ensure the safety and comfort of riding, reduce fatigue.
2. e-bike ride as much as possible to use human power or power-assisted way, especially uphill, heavy, windy driving or road surface bumpy must be human riding to help. In this way, you can avoid the battery longer high-current discharge, damage to the battery, is conducive to improve the mileage of a charge, extend the service life of the battery.
3. e-bikes are not adapted to bumpy or steep roads. In case of such roads, you should drive slowly or get off the bike to push it. Driving under the road surface, the motor, controller, battery and other poor working environment, will reduce the service life and easy to damage.
4. e-bike driving should avoid frequent braking and starting, braking before or at the same time should be the speed control knob back to the position, in the road congestion area as far as possible to use manpower riding. Troubleshooting Guide
1. Brake Failure Check for loose or damaged brake lines. If not, consider replacing the brake calipers or brake levers and lines.
2. Boost Sensor Failure
Step 1: Check for loose or detached sensor wires. If not, it may indicate a malfunctioning booster sensor.
Step 2: Remove and replace the power assist sensor.
3. Walk assist mode error off and restart the e-bike (if the problem persists, consider replacing the controller).
4. Real-time mode error off and restart the e-bike (if the problem persists, consider replacing the controller).
5. Low Voltage Error
Step 1: Remove the battery and check for sufficient charge.
Step 2: Charge the battery.
Step 3: If the problem persists after completing the first two steps, it may indicate a faulty motor, please consider replacing the motor.
6. MOTOR FAULT Check for loose, detached or incorrectly inserted motor connection wires (if not, this may indicate a faulty motor, please consider replacing the motor).
